I've got the Bando 2.0, and I love it.
I had a Bando 2.0 and loved it..

Apparently someone at my gym loved it more, so they cut the lock on my locker and took it..

I carry my wallet in one pocket, and my cash in another pocket, or sometimes I can go quite awhile and not need cash at all.. or a card for that matter..

Set up google pay, and just wave my phone at the debit reader...poof paid..

Seems Keith, at age 15, was "robbing" the big money players in a hall known as Hard Times. This tourney director asked him why he wasn't in school. Keith replied they kicked him out. Why? For having too much money. He'd asked the gym teacher to hold his money because he was afraid it would get stolen from the locker. Teacher said sure, so Keith handed him a wad of $100's and smaller...$13,000!

Different lifestyle, I guess. In mine, I only carry 2 credit cards..one Visa, one gas...but a potload of other stuff...insurance cards (paper), etc. And CASH.. I usually go to the bank, pick up $500 or more when I run low.

Some people love using cards for everything. I'm not one of those people. Prefer using cash in restaurants and other places. Don't want to go through the hassle of getting new cards in case of card fraud. I'm careful where I use them.

No cash you say? Check the opening of this pool match video...the count before the match started. Sure don't see any skinny wallet users with credit cards. LOL!

Generally speaking, carrying around a lot of cash means that you're broke...BK. Can't get a card. People with serious money never carry cash. My mega-rich friends carry one CC, the blue one from Chase. No wallet, no cash, just that card and their DL in an iPhone case.

EDIT: Not saying that you're broke, it's just one of those generally accepted things.

Cash is king.

Until it comes to remote transactions, business expenses, and proving itemized tax expenditures.

People who get paid in cash carry cash. I do know some guys who are loaded and carry lots of cash though. I feel like I’m going to be a victim when I carry more than $60 cash.

Correct on the cash.
I am far from being broke...yet I still carry a few Franklins just in case.

stevej37 08-31-2021 01:14 PM

I still carry this one...getting a little ragged though. :)

Bingo..cash bailed me out of the time my gas card was refused....because somebody activated her card when the new ones came, but not mine.

That may be a West Coast thing because the East Coast people I know with real money always carry a wad of cash.

Could also be how they came about their wealth.

Those that I know whose wealth is in the $100's of M's started life low income to at best middle class.

My guess is that it varies from person to person to person, and it's probably a mix of behaviors.

The really rich guy I know uses a credit card that is thin piece of metal not plastic. I did not see who issues it, but the waitress's eyes got big when he laid that on the table.

And he had some cash in a gold money clip for when he wanted to buy a bottle of water at a vending machine.

I carry my debit card for small purchases, my personal credit card, and a business credit card. I usually have 60 bucks or so and I always try to have 4 or 5 ones on me, some 5s and the rest 20s.

I know of two restaurants I like that do not accept credit cards. One has a ATM machine outside the building for the people that don't carry cash. Both have large signs on the doors, no credit cards accepted. Both are very busy places.

I used to carry this one in my wallet. Thought it was unique. Then someone told me it's worth a lot more than a dollar.

I buy these - slim, reasonably priced, and there is a Pelican connection.

My dad carried several two dollar bills all the time. He loved betting some people that it was real legal tender. Lots of young adults thought it was fake.
