That would be a fake name for me all day long. Eff that, and eff our little Nazis nationwide who have been ruling via executive order. We have legislative process for a reason, it’s to avoid any one person from enacting law unilaterally. What these people are doing is a clear violation of the constitution, and they are now simply taking advantage of the current “emergency”.

I do believe that would be a time to say my name is Sam Cash, and I pay with cash. There is no ID law for buying food. No reason to identify myself to use cash.

If they are blatantly unconstitutional, yep. If any government said I can't go buy food at a restaurant with US greenbacks I have a problem with that. My wife and I eat out regularly. I have never been asked to show ID to buy food, I have been carded to buy alcohol in some states even though I am clearly older than 21. That is a state law and everyone has to show ID to get even a beer.

Some places ask for a name if we have to wait a few minutes. But they don't ask for ID. I can use any name I want.

How long ya suppose it will take for the State Supreme Court to slap this one down?
