Well that's a relief! That "Florida man" has been in the news a lot! He's got some splainin ta do!

Look at the cheek structure. He has all his teeth. No way he's from FLA.

Most likely someone from a Georgia town that borders the FLA state line. He was gonna get a Georgia state tatt, but when the shop said for a limited time only, the Florida tatt could be paid using one's EBT card, well that settled the decision.....

Sadly every state has dim bulbs like this guy . What is going on in your life that say's this is a great decision to have this tat on your forehead ????? Very shallow end of a polluted gene pool .

By golly, with that forehead, he left enough room for the whole Eastern seaboard !

Maybe he could have his tattoo artist give him outlines of the rest of the US, then when he gets arrested in a state, the tattoo artist just fills in the outline. Like those sticker maps I used to see on camp trailers.

A big azz blue tat covering half would be the Atlantic Ocean .... or Kelsey's Ocean (Ernest T Bass reference) if he ain't too bright :D
