Italian Auto Shop - Chicagoland

I figure the brain trust can help with this. My father in law passed away earlier this summer and my mother-in-law asked that I take his car.

So in a couple of weeks, I will have a 2011 Maserati Quattroporte S as an occasional driver/ 3rd car.

Does anyone have a recommendations or experience with independent shops around Chicago that work on the Italians. A quick google search yields a few results, but personal knowledge would be great. I think the car is pretty well sorted, but I don’t know that I want to be taking an 11 year old car to the dealer going forward.

Autosprint is, I think, the best Italian car shop in the Chicago area. They’re on the northwest side of the city, on Addison at Laramie. They work on everything, high and low. I didn’t think they really worked on newer stuff but they actually have a Quattroporte in a photo on their web site so I guess I was wrong. I’ve taken my Fiat there a couple of times over the years for a sort of overview but in general terms they have an excellent reputation.
