Looking forward to this, thanks for sharing. Absolutely hooked on the intense original series and I am glad to see that Michael Mann is still involved. Used to be a regular Friday night TV gathering at college with my buddies before going out.

it looks like home /fan made production quality...
dark, poor quality video, and the mood of the old Miami Vice is just not there.
You know the opening theme that shows a glowing town, the fancy cars, fashion... that then turns to a darker story of quicksand below the surface

these teasers all look just dark.. None of the fashion, the glam, the attraction is there.
It really looks low cost across the board

Like svandamme said,there have been a number of these amateur home made teasers
put out, usually using old clips and clips from other shows and movies that the actors
have been involved with. I believe Don Johnson is busy with a new Nash Bridges series
and on and off has commented on the possibility of a new Miami vice but I don't believe
it is in the works currently.

loved the original series...maybe even a bit too much. that clip however does not grab my interest.

^^^ And you know the clip will be the best part of the whole series.
Redo's are almost always a let-down.
