I seem to recall from a prior thread years ago that Glen ordered brisket in the Carolinas .... so he deserved just what he got :D. There are ONLY three styles .... Eastern, Lexington, and that mustard based stuff from "south of the border". I've had plenty around Columbia & I-95 while travelling.... but opt for the Yankee Q instead of the local fav ;).
