Any electrical engineers here?
 

I’m trying to breadboard a fairly simple 12v automotive device, uses a few logic gates, capacitors and resistors etc., I think it’s like EE101 for an electrical engineer, but the schematic has some things I don’t really understand.
Anyone?

post a pic of the schematic. I got similar help here and it was spot on.

if its that simple you probably dont actually need an engineer. post it, lets take a look.
