Aaron Rodgers is a complicated person

I’m not sure compliex is the right term to describe Mr. Rodgers. We haven’t heard a valid reason why he doesn’t want to return to the Packers. Maybe burned out on football.

He’s the reigning MVP and seems to be making, selling and buying his own KoolAid...a move never ends well.

He’s pissed that they drafted a QB with their first pick a couple of years ago when they clearly needed offensive line help. Looking to the future when your star is in his prime is usually not a good idea.

You nailed it.

Packers front office deserve this after the way they ruined their own SB chances the last two years. He obviously wants to play for a competent FO and go all in on another SB ring before he ages out. Packers have not been willing to go all in.

Kicking a field goal when you should have gone for the touchdown.

He's a star. Stars get what they want.

Maybe he was told the Jeopardy job is his.:D

He banged Danica Patrick so he’s got that going for him.

I would be ok with that. He said he would take it if they offered.

Maybe that is what is wrong with him.

The real question is why the Packers hate Rogers so much? From Mike McCarthy repeatedly refusing to feature Rogers in his offense and deliberately calling plays that diminished Roger's visibility, to the front office continually signing players for what seems like the sole purpose of minimizing any weapons for Rogers to use, it seems like Green Bay decided Rogers was too big for his britches and is willing to cut off its nose to spite its face to keep Rogers in his place.

I use the word "complex" for things which are just that way. I use "complicated" as a past tense verb, when something was acted upon to make it unnecessarily complex.

He doesn't need that schit. If it feels good, do it. If it stops feeling good, stop doing it. I'd be frustrated too if I were him. He is highly intelligent and thoughtful. Perhaps he is just moving on. I think he's okay financially.

How refreshing to see a football player not airing his grievances on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, ESPN and any other media that will listen.

The Packers front office could learn something.

I need my memory refreshed....I saw the controversial play, watched the outcome.
Who was responsible for that play call?
Is he still with the Packers?

The coach made the call. Rogers saw the lane open on third down and decided not to take the risk running it in, assuming he had a fourth down to work with. He said after the game that he would have taken the chance running if he knew he didn’t have another down to try for a touchdown. The team has made it clear to Rogers that the coach is more valued to the team than him.

^^^ Thanks....sounds like both are at fault, or could have communicated better.
