Worst freight company ever. We do not choose them, but some of our vendors do.
Probably 75% of the shipments we receive have significant freight damage from careless handling. Their yelp reviews are so bad, i think they must be intentionally trying to suck at their job.
Anyone else have bad experiences with them?
I feel sorry for the poor consumers that get furniture delivered by these clowns.

Neighbor guy in complex says one of his major suppliers does not use them under any circumstances.

Too much damage.

Had them ship a transmission one time. It arrived full of water. totally ruined. Took 5 months to get my money back

They are not good and I doubt they will be around long. Definitely a bottom feeder shipping company.

Somehow they got into installing appliances years ago. I’ve never seen more incompetent idiots in my life.
