That is toasty.

So far this month (July) we are 2.5 degrees below normal. We have yet to hit 100. The humidity is really high from all the rains and the heat index is horrid, but it is just mid 90s and right at normal.

How are the turtles doing in the heat? Do they retreat to the shade?

I checked the turtle-cam a couple times this afternoon....no turtles basking, all in the water!
After the shade comes around...they'll be out.:)
