Thanks, guys! We're downsizing as we're empty nesters now. We are renting a home in Dearborn, MI (12 miles away) until the crazy prices drop and I figure out where I want to "land". I'm working remotely 100% over the past 18months and I can reasonably expect to continue this for the rest of my career at Ford. My wife retired (school teacher) and we wanted a smaller home with the master bedroom on the 1st floor, so the rental bungalow suits us very well and is in a quiet neighborhood.

4 days, and for me it took 6 months to sell our house, but we got over our asking price.

Von, Your home is beautiful. At that price, a house in our area would be on the market for awhile. Anything at $300k and below sells in less than a week here but homes above that amount tend to take longer.
