I write about what i think, how i think and my observations. I dont hide my light under a basket anymore..i tell it like it is. I dont dumb it dpwm anymore. I used to hide what i knew and the outcome was that Dipso is a rank amateur by comparison.

Yes Tabs we certainly need to share new ideas openly. If anything, positive dialogue is in short supply lately and no monuments have ever been built for critics.

One thing that I hadn't mentioned previously is blue cheese dressing. It used to be my favorite many, many, many years ago. Marie's was my favorite back then. I still have blue cheese from time to time, but not nearly as much as I used to. I think it's better on iceberg than a lot of the stuff that gets served today, the "spring mix" type stuff. It's usually thick and heavy, so you need a sweet, crisp lettuce to hold up to it. It may actually be really good with cabbage, I'll have to try it.
