K.I.S.S. kayak storage.
 

I bought a second kayak. I had immediate buyers remorse when I saw how much garage space it took up. I went to bed and pondered some ideas. I came to with this. Bunk beds. Kayak bunk. Cost me $20 since I already owned the cheapo saw-horses.

Phew! I’ll probably sell the older boat, but my wife wants to try to catch a bass - just once. I’ll need to wait until spring. I want her to actually catch a decent fish. Clearlake should be easy then. It would be nice to have a loaner if my brother came to visit.

Would a ceiling hoist work?

I use a ceiling hoist with mine. Tucks it up nice out of the way.

Works for me. . .

I have a thick comforter on the Targa and cushions on top. The Thule just rests on top of the targa bar, not completely supporting the weight.
