It's about the court martial of Senior Chief Eddie Gallagher. This symbol appears on various pages. Anyone know what it is?

Because they have error correction built in, they were able to put the other symbol in the middle and the code still works.

Just finished the book.....that guy was seriously getting hosed until he got an good set of lawyers and Trump's intervention. No such thing as bail in UCMJ.
