You're right. I don't think that area is zoned for a hotel. What could happen is the house is divided into separate homes. But then there's the question of titles and other stuff like who gets to use and maintain the various pools.

Honestly I think the guy is a complete idiot but the local council approved the dwelling. What were they thinking? :confused:

That place is an abomination, just gross. I wish I could say that it's the worst but it's not....the one built by Mohamed Hadid was worse. But it was ordered torn down, so there is that.

Bel Air has so many beautiful properties, it's a crime when someone like this comes along and takes a $300M schit on top of a hill. :(

i couldnt afford the bath towels needed to stock up all the bathrooms over there.

i think we own 10 really good ones now and we have two bathrooms.
