My Dad had a Rapide back in the 90s and I rode it a few times. It was a bit of an old smoker and really could have used some fettling by this guy. I didn't like it too much as I was young, stupid and was comparing it to my own Ducati 900ss but my Dad put me in my place and reminded me of how advanced a Vincent was compared to the old tat that everyone else was putting out back in the 50s. Now I wish he had kept it. I miss my Dad more though.

Yeah, I get that!
