Is Allstate a Michigan company? RIP Mr. Hawkins but they're going to try to hang the dealership employee's mistake on the car's owner?? Seems a bigly stretch.

It is due to Michigan law and workers comp.

Once it works its way through the courts any claim won against the car owners insurance will ultimately be paid by the dealers insurance.

Even if the jeep dealership insurance company pays for it, will there be any long-term consequences for the owner of the jeep?
