A hot one on BAT
Wow!
I thought long and hard about this, but decided the parking would be too much trouble.
Is there a stretch of road long enough in Hawaii, where it’s located now, to drive a jet powered limousine?
Why'd you bury the lede? It's a JET dragster!
Awesome (ish). |
I can get to Starbucks in 15 seconds. It just takes 20 minutes to park there.
I'll bet Stuttgart snaps this up for the factory museum.
I'll be in Waikoloa tomorrow so if you guys want me to check it out in person... :D

21K right now. Lots of adrenaline per dollar at that price.

Based on the trailer license plate, it looks like the vehicle is on the big island. The pics look like they are out on the Kona side, maybe at Kealakehe.
I was kinda hoping it would be Maui...would be a perfect ride with which to terrorize the Hana Highway!

I remember when Hugh sold his old DB4 that he'd had for something like 25-30 years. But then when he sold it, it was one of those things, hate to sell it, but also hate not to sell it because of the price that it went for. If I had a pristine turbo, I'd hate to sell it, but when you consider what they are going for these days, it would be hard not to. The only problem is that once you sell it, you'll probably never have another. I really wish I still had my old '88 targa, but at the same time, I don't have remorse about selling it because it was the right thing to do at the time. |
