The one "invention" a intelligent spices has to invent is some form of energy to power the machines and industry. Fire is the start point. Electricity is a major step forward.
To invent objects pretty much requires a large brain, and a way to manipulate objects and the environment. So fingers on some way to make a hammer, plow, harvest equipment and on up the line of technology. Even if dolphins were twice as smart as us, they have no way to make fire or manipulate products to make iron, steel, titanium, or refine gasoline. So fingers and air are just pretty much necessary. "They" will have to have an atmosphere to work in, and have a way of manipulating things, and a way to move themselves around, so legs or some way to move about. How have they remained undiscovered for the 100,00 years of humanity.

^^^^the theory is that they have not remained undiscovered at all....there are paintings of what may be depicting UFOs found in the ancient world. Mr. Greer and many other's say there is proof that there are vehicles and actual beings....was it 4 that were killed and 1 that was captured and tortured? cant remember. The theory is that some know and the vast majority of people have not be given access to this information/evidence

Jeez, it's Chariots of the Gods all over again.
And people just LOVE conspiracy theories. I don't doubt there are other lifeforms somewhere in the vastness of space, but they're not here. Maybe in a few billion years they'll stumble onto the husk of one of the Voyager spacecraft, or maybe we'll find one of theirs - the probability being somewhere on the order of finding a specific proton in 100 galaxies.

It is estimated there are more stars than all the grains of sand on all of Earth. Most stars seem to have planets. There has to be other intelligent life. Just the unimaginable size of the universe they are just too far away.
I just can't believe there have been previous far advanced civilizations on Earth, and not one sign of them. Not one tiny bit of them found by the billions of humans that have lived, or are alive today. Not one museum has a bit of something to show they existed?

I had no idea how in the dark i was regarding this UFO topic as i always just dismissed it as ridiculous. Rogan has had most of the key players on i now realize as well as physicists like Eric Weinstein who at some point in their conversations will discuss this topic and its very interesting to hear what they have to say
this one with Bob Lazar is a good one.

I think distance and the time required to evolve enough to overcome that distance makes it impossible that extra-terrestrial life has visited our planet or even heard a whisper from us.
It is likely that there is intelligent self-aware life on other distant planets with whom we will never, ever interact. It is also possible that there are or have been multiple forms of intelligent life in the cosmos, none of whom will ever encounter the other before they cease to exist. An inescapable truth is that planetary life is limited by the life of the star it orbits. Our sun has a fuel supply of roughly 10 billion years - 5 of which is used up already. Before that time even expires, our planet will be swallowed by our sun. The simplest solution to the Fermi Paradox is that life (wherever it has existed) has never had sufficient time to evolve to a point where interstellar communication is viable before either an extinction event occurs to the species, or a planetary extinction event occurs. The universe is about 14 billion years old. Earth is about 5 billion years old. We have about another 5 billion years before the sun engulfs the earth. Life on earth will cease to exist long before that. We have watched other stars die along with all life on any orbiting planets. We have had about 5 billion years to evolve out of nothingness. In terms of life supported by our sun, we're well past middle age. Can any life evolve to a point where it could find other life in the cosmos before its time is up? We may be the closest a life form has ever gotten to brass ring of interstellar travel. Or we may be several hundred million years behind others that got closer, but couldn't grasp it before time ran out.

Bob Lazar came out in 89 or so regarding the work he was asked to do at Area 51. Jeremy Corbel made a film about it which was and maybe is still on Netflix. I saw it on there and blew it off thinking it more conspiracy nonsense because I wasn’t familiar with Bob. Now I know so I’ll check it out if it’s still there. The above video goes into some detail about what he saw there. Unfortunately for him, any Google search like the one I did earlier will turn up a ton of negative stuff about him some of which is true and some of which is not.
I think he is legit. I choose to believe him. 30 years of consistency from him along with the information we have now is enough for me The video flew by for me but I have YouTube premium and don’t have to deal with commercials and watch these vids on my TV when I’m chillin. Take it in in small bites

The problem is people want to believe... But the fact is as far as we can tell we're very much alone.
The Fermi paradox is the discrepancy between the lack of conclusive evidence of advanced extraterrestrial life compared to the apparently high a priori likelihood of its existence. As a 2015 article put it, "If life is so easy, someone from somewhere must have come calling by now." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fermi_paradox Our world is extremely rare, therefore special and IMO our Galaxy has no meaning without us. I can't explain the sightings.

Here’s 4 behavioral scientists ( I assume?)analyzing the Bob Lazar Rogan interview to prove he was lying

The documentary is no longer on Netflix but it’s free on YouTube and I’m half way through. Could do without Mickey Rourke’s narration and some of the annoying audio production style but it’s pretty interesting

Neither can I, but I do believe that people are indeed seeing things in the sky that they can't quite explain. But to say that every unusual sighting is an extraterrestrial spacecraft might be a bit premature. This would have to assume that we here on Earth already know of, and understand, every single natural phenomenon in the universe, so that if one sees something outside that frame of reference, it just has to be a some alien technology. We as a species have learned an awful lot about the makeup of the cosmos, but I don't think we're even remotely close to knowing it all.
And if ETs are observing us, why is it that they can't remain invisible? Surely that should be a trivial matter for beings that were capable of first locating us, and then traveling the mind-boggling distances to get here. Do they get off by riling up the locals with lights in the night sky? I'd think that a more stealthy approach to observing us would be a big advantage for them. And if aliens are indeed interested in life here on Earth, wouldn't a staging area on the far side of our moon have been useful to them in the past? The entire surface of the moon has now been mapped with no evidence of any such things...at least not that anyone is admitting to. Bob Lazar is an interesting character and seems very sincere in what he has to say. But I also remember seeing films made back in the 1950s where some true believers were interviewed about the UFO phenomenon. They'd look right into the camera, and with a straight face, swear that they were taken up in a spacecraft and flown around Venus before being returned to Earth. Some people are capable of spinning quite a fanciful story given the right circumstances. And after telling it so many times, may even believe it themselves.

Lazar’s story isn’t all that outrageous. He described an otherworldly craft with a propulsion system that seems to align with what is being reported today by people like captain Delgado above
Like he says, if he wanted to make up a story, he was capable of making up a much better story
