I know it's not your fault, but that is the goofiest way of describing a capacity I have so far encountered.

Go big with it. My experience with mini-splits is they are slow to heat/cool, and their best use is maintaining a temperature.

You can also add thermal rejecting film to your windows without darkening too much.
