I had a dude a week or two ago that entered plea to something that would require sex offender registration for life.

As judge was taking plea, every time she got to point to say the charge out loud she got closer to the microphone and seemed to say it loud enough for people in the hallway to hear.

When this whole Nassar thing broke out....I was wondering if maybe his 'procedure' was possibly legit.
Then the stuff about the kiddie porn came out....no doubt after that.
He used his status as trainer/doctor to violate these young women.

Disagree. Him getting shivved should be on nightly news. Extra credit if the perp with the shiv gets time off for good behavior.

I just think he should serve as long a sentence as possible. Administrative Segregation I believe it is called, for his safety. He goes in general population he is going to get shanked a bit, maybe slashed Achilles or hamstring would be better. Less likely to accidentally kill him. That is kind of bad too I guess. This sort of thing brings out the darker part of my nature

I have an old friend/teammate who has an adult daughter that at the time was an athlete that could have, but as far as I know did not come into untoward contact with him.

She is now an official in the sport-- a very important one.

We have US Championships coming up in about a month and are in a pre-Olympic period. I hope this topic does not create untoward distractions.
