What is your other sports car.
Do you have other sports cars other than 911s. I'm looking at a Lotus Elan.

I don't have an "other" sports car, but if I was to have one it would be a Daimler Dart SP250. I've loved these since I was a kid. Second only to a Porsche 911.

basically you move the decimal point over to the left for maintenance when compared to the P-Car

The title by the op says…,”other than a 911.” Does a 68 912 count? I have been told countless times…..

2010 Cayenne GTS
Ducati 900 SS/SP not sure if an 81 Scirocco counts as a sports car but it's fun to drive. Same with the 70 Fiat Spider.

My son has a 1992 5.0 Mustang, and I have my 1966 Mustang, but I would not consider either a sports car.
I have a CVO Harley Road Glide and my Ducati 900 SS?SP like Shaun. |

about a decade ago I had an elise, parked next to an elan at lotus club track day. One of very few cars that can make an elise or the NA miata it inspired look like an SUV. Tiny car and so cool. I'm not sure I am brave enough to drive one in any modern context though.
Assuming pre M100 elan of course. Current sports car is 718 Cayman GTS, great as an actual car pretty good as a sports car things but might as well be a school bus compared to tiny old cars.

I've never had more than one at a time. Now I've got an '08 Boxster S. Prior to that, '04 Mazdaspeed miata, '97 miata, '88 911 targa.
The '08 boxster is a great car with great performance. I'd love to still have or have another old air cooled 911. My old '88 was great as a daily driver. I'd happily daily drive an '88 or '89. I may like a 964 or 993. I'd love to have a garage with a long hood squirreled away that I could use when the mood struck. But all of those old air cooled 911s have gotten quite dear, so, sadly, I'm unlikely to spring for one to use as a daily driver. As something even more "toy" that I'd love to have, either one being a bucket list sort of thing, would be a 550 replica (like a Beck 550) or a Lotus/Caterham 7. Yep, I would love to have either one. I think I may actually prefer the 7 over the 550, but I guess I'd have to drive them first. I've never driven either.
