My brother drank alot of tea till he got gingivitis. The dentist thought his teeth were gonners. Well he quit the tea and started brushing like 3 times a day. Quickest recovery she ever saw. Now he just drinks warm water. He is happy.

I suppose it could have been the tea, but I feel like the brushing may have been the main improvement.

The main negatives for tea are related to caffeine just as with coffee.

And maybe a little tooth staining.

I used to drink tea with my mom back in the day. Weak black tea. Marvellous tea. A favourite of ours was China Black tea.

I guess I haven't drank tea for 22 years. I make up for it with coffee.
