I see what you mean. The color makes the women the focus of the image even though it’s the engine that’s in the foreground.

I think Paul was just having fun with his Kodachrome lyrics. I was going to illustrate how black and white is better with Moonrise, Hernandez, and damn, maybe he was right...

BTW, I can highly recommend the movie Kodachrome starring Jason Sudekis and Ed Harris. Ostensibly about the last lab in the world to process Kodachrome, but is so much more than that.
