Saw that they are going door to door now trying to get information.

I thought they announced the arrest of that guy from Madison WI based upon the fact he drove 17 hrs straight to a local hotel...? they even mapped out his route using those fancy ai cameras...?

I'm sure we will. There was some things left behind in a satchel and also in the shooter's car. Forensics going through it all as we speak.

The M.I.T. professor and the shooter were both the same age, both from Portugal, and taught in the same field, I believe. I bet they knew each other too.

Heard he'd been dead for 48 hours when authorities finally located him.

Yes self-inflicted. Probably by gunshot.

Apparently a man named "John" had been living in a basement at the University and ran into the shooter prior to the shooting and noticed what hew as driving. A rental. So he passed that along once he saw law enforcement's plea for the public's help on Reddit.

An official from Brown just said that there are over 1,200 cameras all over the campus.

Yesterday, the Rhode Island Attorney General said that there were no cameras where the shooting happened because it was an old part of the building.
