As Rush said, the purpose of the military is to kill people and break things. Far as I'm concerned, anything that helps them in this is just hunky-dory.

This seems appropriate to me. I would want our military vehicles operating as simply and reliably as possible. These vehicles could be overseas, away from a Ford dealer for a needed recall or a Grand Auto for some DEF fluid.
