add a leaf..or go to a leaf spring shop and have them re-arched? (I think that is the term)

You just have to be creative.
If you are looking for off the shelf, a Firestone kit for pickups with springs will work

That was in response to rfuerst911sc. I’m not discounting the airbags, but wanted to look for a stock solution first.

There’s a semi truck repair facility not too far away and I can swing by there Monday to see if they can locate new/fabricate or re-arch, the existing springs. Depending on price, new springs for $200 might be cheaper? Plus it would be less downtime, as I can swap all four out in a few hours.
