photoshop/ computer/ geek help

About a year ago I had my pad for my garage poured and I had them pour footers for a future lift. I gave them the dimensions of the lift as well as where I wanted the footers and two things happened that I now need help with. 1- the guys laid out placement of the footers too narrow so I had them change that and 2- in my excitement to finally have my pad poured I forgot to have them mark the exact location of the footers. I have a photo showing the footers prior to the concrete pour and I know the exact dimensions of the pad obviously so is there anyone on this board that can "measure" a photo so I can mark my concrete when I am ready to install my lift? I'm not saavy enough to figure out how to do this myself or if this is even possible. The concrete guys were contracted through the building dealer and I don't trust their memory at this point.

Is your sketch oriented the same as your picture?
It doesn't look like it is to me.

Once you level the photo, it is 308 pixels from one side to the other. It is 106 pixels from the left side to the red tape line. So the red tape line is the length of that wall * 106 / 308 from the left corner. I can't help you with the measurement from the far side to the pads. Could you tap the floor with a hammer, and listen for a change in tone when you hit the pads?

That's awesome that at least gets me accurate in one direction, thank you.

I didn't think about tapping the floor that may actually work now that I know where they are located from that back wall.
