I circled back and took photos of that BMW because it was really an odd sight; for sure, I have seen other stripped cars under freeway bridges and in the rough part of downtown but never an older european car like this. I mean, who needed all of the parts from this car and stole it and stripped it?

Also, it was parked facing the wrong way on a well traveled street adjacent to downtown...not the best neighborhood but also not the worst. Plenty of LAPD cruisers would drive past it in the course of an hour. It must have been stripped elsewhere and dropped there from a flatbed tow truck but then why the pallet and other support under it?

Truly strange sight. Stripped clean and it was there for multiple days.

A paparazzi photo of the next offering by Mini? A pickup truck in the size and shape of a Mini.

Cybertruck wannabe seen at the local Whole Foods. And to look even more convincing, it was parked at a TESLA charging station

That's what they do. Find a car they need, follow it home, steal it, strip the parts they need and dump it somewhere.

Happened to a friend of mine with a fairly rare, restored mid-50's Chevy. Some ******* needed parts for a similar restoration that were unobtainable, so he stole my buddy's car and took the parts he needed. If I ever find the ******* responsible, you'll be proud of me.

Maybe but imo almost 600hp and portal axles should make for a legitimately capable vehicle.

Oh for sure, it's a beast but it will be used to haul around some scumbag and never leave the pavement.

Can you tell that I have an issue with G-wagons?

I'm throwing this one in because it wasn't at a race or a car show, just sitting in the parking lot behind a restaurant
