I already wrote mine, not on the committee, one is a female democrat who will vote against. Senator is a republican who is a definite maybe.

Isn't only for cars with limited collector's insurance?

Doesn't seem that big of a deal for most people.

If a low miles collector car, just trailer it to an event...
