-   -   Ballard better than Bosch.... (http://forums.pelicanparts.com/showthread.php?t=1180642)

I did Finish Ballard. it felt it was awesome. had that same slow simmer like Bosch, but the simmer was legit.

Opposite of Baz, I thought the supporting characters were awesome. I hated some, annoyed at some, and wondered why some were even there..they developed the team characters and I learned to love them. the Bad guys were awesome. loathsome beast, just the way I like them.

second to last episode bummed me out...

Martina was totally my type in college...:D

I thought they were great too, Cliff. I just thought the ones on Bosch were better.

Here's what I posted:

I also think Bosch had better supporting characters.
I agree with you.....we learned to love them more as they "developed".

My fav....John Carroll Lynch's "Thomas Laffont"!

So that's it for now - just one season?

When is the next one out? :)

Also, is anyone else wondering about the TWO burner phones out there......that they weren't able to trace whose they were?

Steve Carlton 07-27-2025 06:25 AM

Agree with Laffont. John Caroll Lynch was excellent as the likely killer in Zodiac.

point taken. I felt Bosch was more lone wolf..where this was team Ballard. but yea..point taken.

I loved Mo showing up in Ballard. that guy is cool as heck.

Mo is my favorite character in Bosch Legacy after Bosch.

The tease at the ending of the last episode is bizarre. Stick with it although you might find the ending a bit much. Who shot JR?
