Now 24-17 w/1 more qtr to go!
Gotta say the Hawkeye QB. #11 Gronowski is making Iowa offense fun to watch again!

Nice win today for Coach Diaz and Duke in the Tony The Tiger Sun Bowl.
The Cheez-It Citrus Bowl is all but over with Texas leading the Wolverines by 14 with <4 m left.

Way to go Duke! Another big win on an interception!
That program is going to have its own gravity after this season. VT and Duke are gonna light up the ACC next year.

Figured Miami would give OSU a game but this is something else!
14-0 Canes at the half!

Defending National Champs, OSU, go down to Miami, 24-14 in the Cotton Bowl CFP.
Did OSU underestimate Miami? Or was this just a case of who wanted it more? Anyway......what a day of football!!!

Being from Ohio, I can tell you, most fans thought this game was just formality. An easy step for OSU on the road to another championship. I’m afraid some team members had that mind set, and weren’t prepared for a battle.

It would be interesting if former Ducks coaching staff (Miami) eventually faces off against the current Ducks.

Well, this 2nd round of the playoffs has gotten off to an exciting start to say the least.

The pick six and the missed field goal were the difference. The Defense held Miami to 17 points. That should have been enough to win the game. The first half was really strange to me. I told my cousin at halftime that the Buckeyes would come out and establish the run because the run game was missing in the first half. The team that made less mistakes ended up winning. That's typically the case. Ultimately, the Buckeyes are a young team. A lot to look forward to next season with the returning talent and the incoming talent. Hopefully Sayin learned that sometimes he has to use his legs to make positive yardage plays and brings that to next season. And hopefully we can find a quality offensive coordinator that'll stick around a while. Last night seemed like a typical big game with Ryan Day calling the offense.

And I fully understand about the play calling/offensive coordinator situation. This is what ultimately cost Napier his job at Florida. Onward.......

I watched only one college game, and "Cheez-It Michigan blew it" in the 4th quarter.

Oregon Ducks vs, Texas Tech Red Raiders on now. I watched the first two possessions of both teams. Ducks have the edge on overall talent, and a much better QB. Krap! Won't somebody beat the arrogant Ducks this year? Maybe not.
Might go back to watch later...hoping my assessment is wrong...

Not too surprising, George. Michigan without their HC, playing the #1 ranked pre-season team, and Arch coming into his own. Game was competitive for a while. Then fate stepped in!

TT is looking HORRIBLE. I've been seeing some comments elsewhere about teams being off for too long. Maybe there's something to it?
