Pre-WW2 Harley identification
We recently unearthed this photo of my grandfather and grandmother, we believe mid 1930s. Trying to positively identify the Harley. I think it is a Model D. But that rear fender does not match. My grandfather was very mechanically inclined, so its possible he customized the bike. Thoughts?

I have no idea about the bike, but there's a lot to see there. Great photo.
