Guess which car Wayne bought now?
You might remember some greatest hits like the Adams Probe 16: https://dempseymotorsports.com/m-505-adams-brothers-probe-16/
Or the recent California native Low Rider: https://dempseymotorsports.com/1960-chevy-impala-lowrider/ Or how about the LA fires inspired supercharged fire truck: https://dempseymotorsports.com/1978-chevy-k30-pierce-fire-truck/ I've got a new one. Clues - drove to Reno this weekend with a trailer to get it. One of about 25 ever made. 1970s vintage. Cost around the same as the fire truck and the low riders. Shall we start the 20 questions? ![]() -Wayne

Well, refresh our memory of what you paid for those two, as we remember the purchases but don't remember the prices paid, if you ever even disclosed that.
My first thought is that you bought a car from the museum in Reno.

Not from the museum in Reno. I was thinking that they might want this one for display, but I didn't tell the head curator there that I was getting this in his neighborhood because it was an off-market (sort of) deal that I had to convince the owner to sell. Didn't want it to be snagged out from under me (it's back home at our warehouse now).
The fire truck and lowrider were "reasonable" - in the current range of 3.2 Carreras, etc. This one too - same range. -Wayne

Wayne buys weird enough stuff that I’m not even going to hazard a guess.

OK, my first thoughts didn't pan out, so a question:
Made by a real car manufacturer, a boutique car manufacturer, or a kit/movie/custom car manufacturer?

Did you have to rent a trailer or do you have your own?

With the cars in his collection, no doubt he has a trailer, or two..

Not everyone who collects cars has a trailer. This is California and trailers take up valuable space where a car, or two, could be stored.

Not for the cost of a 3.2L Carrera. Or if so, then I need to cash in some of my 401k!

It's not a muscle car. Although one or two elements on the car look "musclely"
