Has anyone used temporary email websites

Like 10minutemail.com or temp-mail.org ?

Seems like a great way to be able to get a verification mail when going to a website without giving away my real email address. Any problems?

You can use youusername+keyword@gmail.com and it works the same. Goes to your inbox. Then you can tell who is selling your data.

I have configured similar on my server for ... a few ... domains

Kinda fun to redirect the spam back to the one responsible for selling it

Strangely, it has only been governmental agencies that have done it ...

(county tax collector and FWC)

I just have a total fake junk yahoo.com email with no identifying factors. It never gets checked.
