Tech support chat transcript
This is pretty neat. I was trying to create a label on shippo.com today to have a Canadian supplier send me a sample. I couldn't get past the customs screen because of cutting off the di minimus exemption and (I think) free sample tariffs. Agent took about 10 minutes to figure out that adding UPS Canada to my account will solve it.
Anyway, after closing out the conversation, I got an email of the entire thing. Very helpful. |
Yeah, pretty cool when you get that. I've had that experience a few times, but I don't remember who from.
