48 years with my bride today
Man where has the time gone ? Yes today is our 48th wedding anniversary . Thru the highs and lows she has stood by me . I am a very lucky man .

I can honestly say it's been 95 % great and 5 % not so great . I am willing to say I am responsible for the 5 % . But we grew stronger and better . She is my soul mate. I am so happy she stuck by me .

last saturday was our 27th wedding anniversary, and this coming september will be 34 years together

Congratulations to you and your Missus. A shout out to the others who have made it work.
My wife and I joked with a funny lady at the hardware store that, this fall we would hit 50 years. She turned to my wife and, in a stage whisper said,"It's not too late to run!"  The wife replied there was no way she was wasting all the effort she had put into the last half century!

It's really nice seeing an example of a successful relationship. - My Uncle (97) and Auntie (92) who still live independently have been married for almost 70 years!
