Crazy Cooter, aka Ben Jones has passed at 84. My condolences to his family and all you Dukes of Hazzard fans out there.

Bummer.
He had a restaurant about 1hr north of me. Always wanted to go in there, but never had the chance. On the rare occasions we'd go by, the rest of the family was not into it. Imagine that. I hated my name as a kid. my dad asked me what I would change it to..and I didnt say Cooter, but I did riff off of it and came up with Cooper on the fly.
