Hoe Bulletproof is the 4.6 Ford V-8?
Here's rainman Ray's "bearded Ford Tech" finding a coolant leak on a 2004 F-150 that has nearly 400,000 miles on the clock. Short video...but it was the mileage mentioned that floored me. Yes, lower on power than the competition, but trouble free and long lived.

LOL! Soon as I saw my error, I knew that was coming.. However, the internet tales of 4.6 powered cars and trucks going well past 300,000 miles are numerous. Good info for those looking to buy used...
