Looks cool tabs - I remember the old thread, it must have sucked to wait with anticipation this long. Nice pot in the background too...

This rubs me wrong every time I see it... isn't it eSpresso and not eXpresso?
|
that would be correct ;)
so many pet peeves, so little time :D |
Leave it to Seattleites to set the coffee record straight. And I hate coffee (unless it comes from McD's).

|
I'm with ya Nader (on this one). Hearing eXpresso instead of espresso makes me cringe.. (Kinda like Porsh)

or FEByooary, or Noocyular, or supposabbly or.....
:D |
Oh allright Esprexxo....

LOL. Touche' tabs...
Being a coffee fiend m'self... ...what's your fav. blend? I personally like the rich/winey ones. |
I like to go to Trader Joes...they have different Beans from all over the World. The one I like the best is Kenya AA whole bean. It says on the can..."with a smooth winey flavor and aroma." This one grinds real easy in the Mazzer.
I also have been drinking the Yemen Moca which is a dark oily bean...taste is strong but my Mazzer don't like to grind it, I have to grind it coarsely then regrind at a finer setting. |
Kenya AA...
Now if only I knew where a Trader Joe's was, worth a look around... Strangely one of the "mainstream" coffee's I found quite good was Einstein Bagels House Dark Roast.. Something about it... |

In Italian espresso = fast, right away, instantly.
As opposed to earlier coffee making equipment that took longer to make the coffee. This, for bar equipment which was always hot as opposed to home machines which are a relatively new innovation. |
