Yes, a static model or RC model (see glass), maybe a canting forword of a Curtis WW II wing a few degrees, and a bit of Bill Northrop thrown in for inspiration.

That is the real mccoy Bugatti aircraft. It is based in the Experimental Aviation Association Museum, I believe.

i know the bugatti company built several prototype aircraft in the late 30's. don't know if any made it into the air. don't think any survived the fall of france. assume it's some sort of model.
