Looks like your graphics driver doesn't agree with WIndows... you got the right generation driver for your card?

With my nvidia, I typically just apt-get install it :)

This looks like video memory corruption - the patterns that look like paint smudges are a clear sign of the video memory not working correctly. It can be due by overheating of the memory or the GPU resulting in timing issues.....
