TK-421, why aren't you at your post?

I NEVER PUT THAT TOGETHER, but that Lotus actually DOES look like a Stormtrooper accessory!

I have an old R&T that shows the acceleration chart for a Cyclops with the 327ci V8 option.

These shoes were devised for raiding parties in the Far East. They left prints in the sand that looked like the bare footprints of local people. Heavy boot prints would have been an instant giveaway.

We're all experiencing cold weather here in the U.S. but here is one you can file under “It's tough here, but somewhere in the world it is a lot worse”…….An Army Captain sent a photo of what he’s having to use as a heater.

Calpine Unit 11 (Eagle Rock) geothermal plant in 2006

Quote:

Clear Lake Volcanics of The Geysers geothermal region. This region is underlain by a large felsic pluton (Geysers pluton) at least 20 km long. This young pluton is within only 1 km of the surface beneath The Geysers steam field. The Geysers area is stated to be the largest geothermal power source in the world. From a modest start in the 1920s through large-scale development beginning in the 1960s, The Geysers became the world's largest source of geothermal power, with a capability of nearly 1,100 megawatts (MW) - enough electricity to power 1 million Northern California households of 4 people per household. The current operating capacity is above 850 MW.
Any of these that start with "cpn" are Calpine's. (I work at Calpine in Houston)
