Is that an RV pilot hammering the brakes a touch too hard? Nice prop strike, that's not going to be cheap. Hope it no one you know.

Doesn't look like an RV to me.

Looks more like an airshow demo gone terribly wrong - perhaps the bottom of a low level loop. Isn't that 'smoke' coming from the dispenser below the wings? I'm sure the next frame has the plane on it's back
