Yep. Usually can't post a pic for a few hours, then it comes back - no matter the file size or name length.

This is all I get when trying to post pictures on 5 different computers, 2 different places. it's been like that for months, except for one time a pic did post from an old win98 pc. now they are all getting the same message every time.
