That's a whole lot of airborne flame and black smoke. Were they using the house to store a 5,000 gallon crude oil tank?

Ha ha.....that's right!

I did some irrigation work for a customer and he was going to put two Queen Palms in himself and I told him to lean them outward in a "V". Well....he did!

One day I'll do a job and lean 4 palms in a "W' to pay homage to one of the greatest comedies ever made.

PS: That's the late Dick Shawn who plays Ethel Merman's beatnik son. He was in a movie I watched this morning on FXM called "The Wizard of Baghdad". Died of a heart attack at age 63 while on stage during a routine.

I wondered the same thing. But it looks like it's been burning for awhile, and with asphalt shingles, probably pine framing, and possibly even a vehicle in there (looks like a garage on that end), it probably has plenty of nasty fuel to make nasty smoke.

Sure seems like a pretty heavy hydrocarbon load there. That's a lot more than shingles and wood trusses. That pics been around awhile. We where never able to find any info on it.
