"Steeply" is an understatement. I can't see how those cars would even stay in place. Anyone have a location?

I see the traction cut into the pavement now, but what is that like 30% grade? I can't imagine parking on that.

According to photoshop, the photo is ~16 degrees "off".
So, yeah... ~ 29% slope.
