A more likely reason for the 'plate is the owner is a woman with a college education. She has a hard time seeing things from others perspective. In her mind she got a plate that tells other she is a NC State (graduate) Mom. The rest of the world just pronounces it, lol.

Yeah, I assumed it was supposed to say "Nicest" but reads like 'incest'.

But then NC State seems like a more likely option even than Nicest. But I'm not sure that most folks in PA would read it like that.
