That is a buddy's Boxter, and his wife's Thing. I have both a '73 and a '74 Thing now.

I love "Things"!

Was at my mechanics today putting on a pair of rear shock absorbers on my work truck and a really nice condition Thing drove up and dropped some guy off...I said "I love those Things" to my mechanic....and he raised his eyebrows...lol.

I shoulda snapped a pic for you guys. Next time.....

My '74 when I traded for it. It is in the process of getting lifted and outfitted with a 2276 cc engine. It will run original wide five centerline wheels.

2nd paint job, no engine.

Both those Things are nice. Post a photo of the 74 when it gets back.

My son in a 77 Skyhawk.
This one has been a rental since new. I can't remember how many hours on the airframe. My dad owned one that was brought in at the same time and was only two call letters off his. CG-YCG

Many times over the years. She just turned 60 a couple weeks ago. Ann turns 64 this fall.
