Last weekend while the Wife was away I took the kiddos to a Farm to Table restaurant - we got all dressed up, they tried Quail for an app and wild boar for dinner. Spent far too much. We made a deal. No cell phones (but we brought our own coasters!).

It was one of the most enjoyable meals I have ever had with those two. We talked, laughed, learned. Technology is both a blessing and a curse. There is a place for it like anything else I suppose.

The wife and I laughed at the irony of the photo taken and posted via an iPhone, also while at dinner. Sparked a good conversation about that very fact. I wondered if anyone would catch that little nugget.
